VK Varieties was born from a mother's concern for her daughter's future and a desire to return to our roots for healthier everyday choices.

Today, we turn that belief into thoughtful, Ayurvedic-inspired and sustainable everyday products designed for you, your family and the planet we all share.

One Daughter. A Lifelong journey. Many questions.

With the birth of my daughter, Adhishree, everything changed—the way I looked at health, food, lifestyle and the world we are creating for our children.

Becoming a mother opened my eyes to the physical and emotional challenges that many women experience before and after childbirth. I began to realise that a mother's wellbeing plays an important role in the environment and life a child grows up in.

But that thought soon became a much bigger question:

What kind of everyday world are we creating for our children?

The question was no longer only about motherhood. It was about the choices we make every day, the lifestyles we follow and the habits we pass from one generation to the next.

The Question Was Never Only About Mothers

As I looked around, I realized it wasn't just women who were facing challenges. Men, families and entire generations were navigating the pressures of modern lifestyles, changing daily habits, processed food, stress and a growing disconnect from nature.

Earlier generations often lived differently. Modern life has brought extraordinary comfort, convenience and progress—but it has also brought new challenges to the way we eat, live, consume and care for ourselves and the world around us.

VK Varieties is not about rejecting modern life or going backwards.

It is about asking what wisdom from our roots is still worth carrying forward—and choosing better, more thoughtful everyday habits, one step at a time.
